Museum of London

Opened in 1976, the Museum of London was established to incorporate the documented history of London from pre-historic times to the present day, including the social history of London.
Galleries within the Museum of London are arranged chronologically and contain artifacts, models, pictures, and diagrams with an emphasis on archaeological discoveries, urban development and the social and cultural life of London. A variety of interactive displays and activities are available to people of all ages.
