Holocaust Memorial

Designed to commemorate the murder of six million Jews at the hands of Hitler and his forces, the city of Berlin dedicated the Holocaust Memorial on the 60th anniversary of the fall of the Nazi regime and end of World War II.
Officially named the “Monument to the Murdered Jews in Europe”, the Holocaust Museum can be visited at any time of day. A subterranean Information Center shares stories of families and individuals who were victims of the Nazi party, as well as information about the unique stone slab design of this moving 205,000 square feet Memorial.
