A stately home until the 1800s and now a national monument, the Inn at the Spanish Steps was converted into a charming hotel with a prime location, and now offers visitors the chance to get an overhead view of Rome’s famed Spanish Steps. A cozy wood-paneled common room has a club-like feel while the roof garden terrace allows guests to gather and enjoy the views under the sun or stars. Special luxury packages can be arranged beforehand for an additional charge and may include private tour guide, flowers, limousine rides and gifts. Guestrooms
Guestrooms are elegantly furnished with marble-decked bathrooms and over-sized beds. Rooms have been fully renovated with air conditioning and other modern conforts, though select rooms have original furniture from the 17th century. Guests should specify if they want a room with a view of the Steps. For instance, some rooms face an inner courtyard while larger suites have balconies that can afford 360-degree views of the Steps.

Situated near the intersection of Via dei Condotti and Piazza di Spagna, Inn At The Spanish Steps is, obviously, located by Rome’s world-famous Spanish Steps. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Ciampino Airport. It is also one city block from a subway (Metropolitana) stop.
