The historical significance and preservation of South Beach takes you back in time. The Presidents Green Bar and Restaurant serves continental buffet breakfast each morning and happy hour cocktails in the afternoon. Our patio is a mini-oasis of tropical trees lounge chairs and a wading pool. The mandatory resort fee includes continental buffet breakfast for two- wireless internet access- 1 welcome drink per guest - two bottles of water- in-room safe- beach towels for use while staying with us. Every room is equipped with flat-screen TVs- mini-refrigerators- individually controlled air conditioning units- bath amenities- hairdryer and in-room safe. Guests of the President Hotel may partake in breakfast at our sister property The Penguin Hotel which is located directly behind the President Hotel.
