Several rooms have fireplaces and frescoed ceilings. We cater to a distinguished clientele GROUP POLICY - For reservations of 4 or more rooms the standard cancellation policy will not apply and the full and not refundable prepayment will be required 30 days prior arrival date. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY - Credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. In case of late cancellation no show or early departure a 2 nights penalty will be applied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation /for reservations of more than 1 night. For reservations of more than 6 nights the Inn at the Spanish Steps requires a 30Percent deposit at the moment of the reservation /50Percent deposit for reservations of more than 10 nights/ the reservation will be confirmed upon deposit receipt Please note that as of 1st January 2011 a City Tax will be introduced in the city of Rome. This will be a fixed stay contribution for all the Client staying in the City of Rome. Kindly take note that this contribution will be applied also to other tourist services -buses/ sightseeing/ boat tours on the Tiber and seaside facilities-. The contribution for 4 stars hotels is 3.00 Eur per person/ per day- up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
